Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Land Digital System (the "Service") operated by Skykruze Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
The Service is provided for the purpose of digital land registration, survey plan uploading, and property ownership verification within the State jurisdiction. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information (including fake NINs, forged survey plans, or inaccurate coordinates).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or administrative dashboards.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or the servers networks connected to the Service.
3. User Accounts and Security
To access certain features of the Service (e.g., Surveyor portals, Admin dashboards, or Land Transfer capabilities), you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.
4. Digital Certificates and Verification
While the Service aims to provide accurate digital records and certificates, final legal authority rests with the physical registries and the State Government. Digital certificates generated by the system are intended to act as highly secure, cryptographically verifiable representations of ownership, but may be subject to review or revocation in the event of fraud, disputes, or court orders.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The State Government makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the specific regulations of the State, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
