Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using the Land Digital System. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations for statutory fees and administrative charges processed through this Platform.
1. Non-Refundable Statutory Fees
Due to the nature of government administrative processes, all statutory fees paid for land layout registrations, title verifications, digital C of O issuance, and property transfers are strictly non-refundable once processed. These fees cover the cost of legal searches, GIS mapping verification, and documentation processing.
2. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
In the rare event that a payment is debited multiple times from your account due to a technical error on the Platform or our payment gateway partner, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate amount.
- To claim a refund for a duplicate payment, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the transaction.
- You will need to provide proof of the duplicate deduction (e.g., bank statements, transaction receipts).
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
3. Application Rejections
If a land registration or transfer application is rejected due to fraudulent documents, invalid survey coordinates, or overlapping disputes, the processing fee will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the applicant or their authorized surveyor to ensure all documents and coordinates are accurate prior to submission.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel an application process before payment is made. However, once payment has been successfully completed and the application moves into the "Processing" phase, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.
